Information we collect
We collect the details you submit through our admission and contact forms — student and guardian names, contact details, previous school and any notes you add. Portal accounts additionally hold academic records entered by school staff.
How we use it
Application details are used solely to process admission. Contact messages are used to respond to your enquiry. Portal records are used to report a student's progress to that student and their registered guardians.
Who can see it
Access is restricted to authorised school staff. Students see only their own records; parents see only the records of children linked to their account. We do not sell or share personal information with advertisers.
Storage and security
Data is held in an access-controlled database with row-level security policies, encrypted in transit. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you or your child, except where we are required to retain academic records. Write to the school office and we will respond within ten working days.
