Rigorous academics
A national curriculum delivered by subject specialists, with weekly assessment and targeted remedial support.

A modern learning environment preparing students academically, morally and socially.

About the Academy
Gideon Seed Academy began with forty students in two borrowed classrooms. Today we are one of Juba's most respected secondary schools — but the founding conviction has not changed: that a young person given structure, high expectations and genuine care will outgrow every ceiling placed on them.
To deliver rigorous, values-driven secondary education that equips every student to serve and lead.
To be South Sudan's leading centre of academic excellence and moral formation.
Why Gideon Seed Academy
Everything we do is measured against one question: does this make our students more capable than they were last term?
A national curriculum delivered by subject specialists, with weekly assessment and targeted remedial support.
Fully equipped science laboratories, a 40-station computer centre, a stocked library and safe boarding houses.
An average class size of 28 keeps every student known, tracked and personally supported.
Mentorship, chaplaincy and house life build the discipline and moral clarity that grades alone cannot.
Parents and students access results, report cards and attendance securely online at any time.
University guidance, scholarship counselling and career days with professionals across East Africa.
Academic Excellence
Our curriculum follows the South Sudan national syllabus, delivered by subject specialists across six departments. Continuous assessment means no student drifts unnoticed to the end of term.
